Crew Health
Community & Support Groups, Gender-Affirming Care, and HIV/AIDS Support
Crew Health is an Orlando-based LGBTQ-affirming primary care and infectious disease clinic dedicated to accessible, compassionate healthcare for the queer community. A division of Crew Community Health, a nonprofit organization, their mission centers on ending HIV, disparity, and discrimination, with a specific focus on LGBTQ+ people.
Crew Health offers a wide range of services under one roof, including primary care, PrEP and PEP for HIV prevention, HIV care and treatment, hormone replacement therapy for trans and nonbinary patients, STI testing and treatment, Hepatitis C care, birth control, and behavioral health support. Free HIV and STI testing is also available, and patients without insurance can access care at no cost.
For trans and nonbinary people, Crew Health provides dedicated gender-affirming services including HRT, help identifying gender dysphoria, and tailored care plans that honor each person’s individual journey. Their team takes time to understand who you are and what you need, which matters when you have spent time in medical spaces that did not.
For people living with HIV, Crew Health’s goal is to get patients to an undetectable viral load as quickly as possible. Their team coordinates ongoing care, answers questions, and offers MediMail, a service that delivers treatment directly to patients. Undetectable means untransmittable, and Crew Health treats that as both a medical goal and a dignity issue.
Crew Health is located at 8601 Commodity Circle in Orlando, Florida.
Office hours are Monday and Wednesday through Saturday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Tuesday 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
Virtual visits are also available.
You can also catch Crew Health in the Milk District at District Dive every Monday starting at 2pm where they offer free and confidential HIV and STI testing.
