LGBT National Help Center
Coming Out Resources, Community & Support Groups, Crisis Support & Hotlines, and Mental Health & Therapy
LGBT National Help Center provides free, confidential peer support and local resource information for LGBTQIA+ people across the United States.
Through national hotlines and online chat programs, trained volunteers offer affirming, nonjudgmental support for people navigating coming out, identity questions, relationship concerns, family conflict, mental health challenges, and isolation. Callers do not need to be in crisis to reach out. The service is designed for connection, validation, and guidance.
Hotlines include:
- LGBT National Hotline: 888-843-4564
- LGBT National Youth Talkline (for callers age 25 and under): 800-246-7743
- LGBT National Senior Hotline (for callers age 50 and over): 888-234-7243
The organization also offers weekly online support chat rooms moderated by trained facilitators, creating safe spaces for community connection across age groups.
If you are seeking affirming peer support, local LGBTQ resources, or simply someone who understands, LGBT National Help Center offers compassionate, confidential assistance.
